I'm thinking it could be nice to try a "Karmic Reading", where you choose the orientation of the first tarot (always randomly drawn), then for the next scenarios if the previous ended unfavorably - upright orientation, and if it ended favorably - reverse. Basically, it tailors a sort of help/challenge mechanic to how you did. At least for fresh campaigns where you don't really know how you'll do.

I am new to AH:LCG but your videos are much appreciated. I will definitely be trying the Arkham Chronicles Reading a try when I start buying return to boxes. Thankfully I am seeing mythos packs getting reprinted so thanks to FFH there.

I don't think I like them, except for the damned and observed card effects. Or maybe custom readings where I employ one specifically to help with getting through a scenario we keep failing on.
That's a good suggestion. Just a small boost to help your group out with a tricky scenario.
Can I use these to put hexes on other players if they are being jerks ?
I mean in real life, not in-game.
Hmmm, you could use them like Yellow Cards and give them out to troublesome players, or anyone hogging the snacks!

I think that I'd find the sleeve revealing the orientation of the card far more annoying than the potential wear and tear :)
