    It's crazy that Muster for Battle has never changed and remained amazing all these years.

    I love that he uploads his losses sometimes as they are also good games. That shaman deck is all too relatable, sometimes it just seems like your opponent has an answer for EVERYTHING

      My philosophy is uploading games that are fun and/or interesting. It does tend toward wins, because lots of losses are just kind of boring, but the good ones can be great!

    Shaman is the first highlander deck I’ve played and it is so fun. I think Highlander decks are peak hearthstone

      Would really love an edh-styled mode where it's forced highlander with some sort of added guarantee to draw/play a 'commander' minion. Brann would most definitely be banned I'd imagine

    On kibler talking about crusader aura, the easiest wins I've had against paladins was with very defensively stated early game minions (like artificer) that can bump into 1 and two attack minions more than once.

    For reference, there's a 40% chance of getting 3 Stalks from All Fel Breaks Loose

    • @AidanWR
      @AidanWR Před 7 měsíci

      It's actually less. It's about a 25% chance of getting three stalks because the revive pool checks to make sure it's not reviving the same entity twice

    This is such a tough season. I'm playing overheal after coming back after like.......4 years? Rahstikaan......the deck it does well and I love the overheal mechanic for priest, but man there's some steep competition. I would love to see more overheal in the future.

      He does think a lot about his plays usually and it does show results, I tried doing the same and taking my time and my winrate went up quite a bit although I'm still far from being as good as he is. That and knowledge from playing the same deck and the game in general a lot

      @@josephraymond3832I don't think there's any class that goes hard with the random generation right now. DK does a bit, and Thief rogue I guess. Good luck running into Third rogue lol

    FWIW, that last opponent didn't get to play their best cards. No Boogie Down on turn 3, and no Prismatic Beam to answer the Titan board. I'm not sure that game was a win under those circumstances, even with all the early game removal.

  • @mj4andrea
    @mj4andrea Před 7 měsíci

    Definitely still feel like Paladin needs to be tuned down a bit, but you're right, you have to build decks around the meta. If there's something that irritates me, it's the Showdown/Prismatic combo. Just today, had been doing what you should, using removal, clearing the Paladin's board, and establishing my own. Then turn 5, just as I've stabilised, double Showdown and Prismatic, I'm left with nothing and they have 6 3/3s. I only had two minions on board myself, so it wasn't like I had overcommitted or anything. Feels like an aggro deck shouldn't have such efficient removal, seems counter to how you want to design it.

  • @seondeok3895

    People often complain when playing 40 card highlander decks against paladins. And the rage begins when they didn't draw that board clear with 1\3~ chance...

  • @Mercer0516
    @Mercer0516 Před 7 měsíci

    Imagine if all the classes had "spec restrictions" on some of their cards like how they did with Death Knights. I imagine some of the oppressive bs that shows up would be a lot easier to temper.
    Like if Garden's grace was 2x Protection and Boogie was 2x Wrath, they just couldn't be in the same deck together.

      There are plenty of cheap competitive decks. Kibler also plays home brews, not meta decks, so this channel isn't going to be a good source for typical competitive decks.
