I love it that everyone cheers for ski jumpers from their own countries and Kasai. He's awesome.

You gotta say ski jumping fans in general aren't really devided by nations. I am a very big fan of many jumoers of different nations. I am Austrian, so I'm biased there but I also have a soft spot for every Slovenian or Finnish athlete for sime reason. Mostly slovenian jumpers because of there amazing flying skills and because I'm a huge fan of Planica, also Finnland because I was and still am a fan of Janne Ahonen and his whole team back in the day and I hate to see them suffer over the last 15 years.
But aside from that I like every nation equally and only judge them by there individual performance and personality. And I think many of the ski jumping family think that way.

My dad showed me ski-jumping and ski-flying first when I was like 7 or 8 years old. Since then I enjoyed definitely 75 % of all competitions on TV. (Now I am 21) Never missed a ski-flying event. Kasai will be my most favourite jumper/flyer forever. I wish I can keep my shape like he does when i am older. (I won't) Unbelievable 🫡🤯 From an Austrian 🇦🇹

Coaches, commentators, and jumpers of each country bless Noriaki Kasai. Especially, it is a wonderful scene that the jumper bowed to Kasai in Japanese style.

Yeah as long as some germans can't understand austrians I marked it as own language. Just joking of course it's only a dialect
