In 2.7 EU, do Gelkmaros and Inggison dailies. 3 quests from the camps, and 1 from the fort.

Yes, you get 32 per week + medals from sieges. Some people mix ABG and CAV pieces together like plate.

This is "Aion Classic - North America" patch 2.8
There's is also "Aion Classic - Europe" patch 2.7
Europe is behind by one patch, but more popular than North America.
