A year later, but since not a single person answered your question, yes, there are privacy films you can install in a wide variety of patterns. Note that they are not "one way", meaning the outside will look just as distorted, blurry, translucent, or whatever as the film of your choice. There are some that make it look frosted, others that have a pattern so its like looking through bushes, and others that just slightly distort the picture so you can't make out anything distinct.
Would be good to see footage from the other side.. not a picture. Also hes not showing much respect for those tiles throwing that sprayer around is he??

use a curtain
it's about privacy during day time, which is very usefull because you can look out without having curtains.
It's not about night time
It's effective only in day, not at night if lamp light use inside the room.
