I love this idea that it's selfish to NOT have children. I always say, choosing to have my daughter was the most selfish decision I ever made because I couldn't face the idea of not knowing her. I didn't know her well enough at that point to make a decision for her.

Whether it's gender affirming care or reproductive care --- it should be a right of every individual.
This is something that should be discussed between the patient (and guardian where applicable) & the health care provider.
You don't have to agree with any of it --- but simple acceptance of another's life choices & respect for another human being shouldn't be that difficult to comprehend or "digest". Ijs...
