The Optic podcast have about 20+ episodes, they will find a good setup and a easier way to produce everything.

He's saying he hasn't done anything wrong in regards of rigging the site, several times before he has admitted that it was wrong to not be up front about the ownership and has apologized for that. In fact it's a very minor infraction since there's no proof at all of rigging, sure it's immoral to lie about ownership but it's a mistake he's owned up to and is moving on from.

I understand the legal aspect of the situation, that staying silent was the best option as whatever he said could be twisted and used against him. However, remaining silent didn't come without a price. By not saying anything about it, people only heard what the accusers were saying. That allowed for spekulation and missinformation to spread.
