You have used cheap blueblocking glasses. Blueblocking block UV of the sun. Have you not heard of uv creams.

@@INSPIREEDUCATIONMAHEN you feel sleepy because blue light lenses block uv rays entering your eyes. Its not healthy to get too much uv. But you need it. Just like vit d from sun but long exposure will cause skin burn. Apply same concept to the lenses. So when you wake up in the morning dont use blue cut lenses. Use blue cut when outside for long periods like travelling etc.
