  • Paper Pulling No more warping when painting in watercolor
We paint with watercolor and almost immediately the paper begins to form depressions, wrinkles and deforms.
How to overcome this while painting in watercolor?
    With paper pulling.
To prepare the paper for the watercolor we need a gummed tape, a sheet of watercolor, a pair of scissors, water, a sponge or a cotton cloth and a wooden surface where we can stick and stretch our paper and a brush.
Watercolor paper has different sizes and above all different types of weights and compositions.
Paper with a percentage of 100% cotton is the least deformable, as the cotton decreases due to the cellulose fibers the paper presents depressions and warping when it comes into contact with water.
in the video I will explain how to overcome all this and how to finally be able to paint with paper that does not deform.
No more paper warping with this method while we are painting in watercolor.
