Whenever you come across a narrow cabinet over the fridge, it's for holiday platters you don't need the rest of the year. Yeah, some of us still do that😅😅😅😅😅😅.

I love this home. You are my favorite at does home tours. i know you don't look at the floor plans but in the floor plans there is a hidden room in the master closet. Not being picky just would've loved to see it 😊

2.5 million is a lot of money but this is a very nice house. At my age, a walk-in tub is a better option in the master bath. I don't care for the pullout microwave, we'd need to do something there. A home of this status needs an ice maker. I would suggest in the 1st-floor game room with its "sports bar" look. Yes, I'm nick-picking but when spending $2.5 million you're allowed to nick-pick.
I think this was my absolute favorite! And that's saying something. Usually I'll see one or two things I'd change, but this one was perfect!
Timothy, you are right!! This is a cool house 🏠🏡!! This is the most beautiful, structured, dynamic, well-made home's, I have ever seen!! It's so big, spacious, roomy, and cozy!! I love the artwork and the furniture, it's simply adorable!! All of the rooms are huge and very versatile!! The Patio is completely different, it's rustic and vibrant!! The Lighting is just perfect!! Who ever, gets this house, they are going to be in for a surprise!! You can get lost in there, just gorgeous 🥰🥰!! Timothy, you out did yourself, once again!! Bravo!!

My only complaint is that for functionality, it has a little too much gameroom and not enough laundry room. You have 6+ people living there, the laundry would be no joke.

Really. The master closet could hold the entire neighborhood's wardrobes but then they make the other closets smaller than the pantry.
There are so many super-luxury homes like this that I always wonder how so many people have enough money to afford them.

Thank you for doing your videos Timothy, they are very nicely done! The thing I’d love to see though, is spending more time on the outside of the house showing the curb appeal. I think the first thing that attracts people and shows a peak of the design of the inside is the outside of the house.

Master bedroom closet in the bathroom is a no-go for me. Nothing like getting dressed after showering only to come out and get a wet sock heading back to your bedroom cause you have to trounce through the bathroom to get there. This trend is just stupid and needs to stop.
Actually the closest allows for you to select clothing, them after toweling off to get dressed sitting on the bed a normal process.
