Honestly this isn't bad considering that she had highlights in between her hair. It's still patchy and will still be patchy until you go back in with a lightener again to even out everything. Also using a toner rather than a purple shampoo is better. It's more pigmented to neutralize the warm pigments in the hair. DO NOT use permanent colour to tone your hair after a bleach out if your scalp is sensitive. Only use a demi permanent with 6 or 9 vol as a toner. But overall pretty good considering it was basically a colour correction done at home :)
sis getting bleach on your eczema is really bad cuz bleach is very drying and eczema needs moisture. next time you plan to bleach and i hope you don't anymore, wrap a cloth around your neck or apply a ton of vaseline on it so that it acts as a barrier for the bleach. hope this helps! x ☺️

U shouldn’t brush or blow dry freshly bleached hair cause it’s already irritated and damaged u risk having it fall out u have to be really gentle and easy on it it’s already in traumatized state

I’m a professional colorists you should never brush wet hair in general but that doesn’t mean don’t Detangler hair you should use a wide tooth comb or a wet brush and I always blow dry the hair because hair is most fragile with wet so bleached wet hair is much more likely to break of you just want to use a heat protector and a good leave in conditioner so your not pulling on it much

I am sorry for that burn... :( i really hope you get to the result you wanted. A bit stained by The purple shampoo, thats why o dont use the purple shampoo anymore... Cause it makes my hair all bloched and sloppy. So instead, i use a permanent or semi-permanent dye with a 20vol. Ok, i lied. I use it with 40 vol 🙈🙈🙈 because my hair can take it. You would look great with all White hair!!! Looking forward to see that!!! 😁❤️

Thank you !! I only did the under section, i will do the top section in november. It turned out really great with the Bleach London lavender grey toner after 2 rounds of Bleach but I will also need a 3rd round later maybe a bleach bath so it will be perfect (I'm too much perfectionnist lmao)
+ my hair is still healthy even if it's white/grey so I'm really happy and proud of myself
After 4 bleaches and 5 reflets ( toners ) my hair still looks extremely orange / yellow ...... But I'm not giving up

You should’ve mixed the 40 and 20 volume developer to make 30 volume and you would’ve had the perfect volume and you would’ve had twice the developer

Alot of the time hairstylist will leave the underneath of your hair dark if you are looking for a more dimensional look, sounds like it may have been a miscommunication between you and your stylist. I hope one day you have a better experience at a professional salon bc at home lightening is definitely not safe..

What they did to your hair is called a partial where they only lighten or dye some of your hair usually the top half of the front sides and back that’s why there’s so much depth underneath to make the highlights pop, you probably told the stylist what you wanted and that was the best technique to approach it with you can just ask for a full next time always be open with your stylist we can do whatever you want and want you happy with the results don’t be afraid to ask questions btw I’m a professional
also next time thin thin sections, fully saturate like can’t see through the lightener at all do the back first check move onto the front then check the back to make sure the hairs integrity is still good and how light it is rinse it at the desired level then wait for the front to catch up rinse , find a toner that is meant for your hair id recommend a stylist cause we formulate a toner for your hair (which is more than 1 toner)

I only bleached mine 3 times and it was perfectly even and blonde. It depends on the level of developer you used and how long you left it in

If you used an actual toner instead of purple shampoo you would’ve came out with a much better result! Also there shouldn’t be any bleach on your neck , tell your friend to be more careful!
The reason your hairstylist left the underneath dark was to add dimension. You probably didn't want all of your hair to be blonde so to darken it up a bit they left it out. For example, if you had a black canvas and you wanted a white to black ombré, you wouldn't paint it all white just to make the bottom black again. If that makes sense. EDIT- 40 volume on the scalp can cause chemical burns on the scalp so usually you shouldn't use it on the scalp but off is fine. Purple shampoo is amazing after bleaching but it does leave a little tint of purple on the hair so if you don't see any dark pieces, you can just tone over it and it'll go away. Also you did such a good job and you look really good with blonde hair!! I hope this helped 💜

different countries and different levels have different regs for it - for example in the UK, you only need to wear masks in shops, doctors appointments and at work if you don't work in places like retail where screens are installed (but outside the screen masks are a must), but outside masks are completely optional.

Please don't bleach your hair one more time with that burn, you can damage your skin so bad. Just use a level 7 toner semi toner, it will get your hair a nice grey blonde.

If you want to do a drastic change, always book a consultation so your stylist can make sure to set aside enough time to achieve your desired goal. Otherwise, they aren’t going to have enough time to do a completely drastic change in a normal time slot
