The main problem with these compilation videos is that the same characters appear multiple times because they've put together multiple top 10 lists:
Ruby Summers appears twice in this lists at 16:28 and 23:45
Nate Grey at 9:21 (listed as X-Man) and at 24:27
Cable and 'Old Cable' at 4:40 and 28:52
Jimmy Hudson at 12:03 and 30:59
Laura Kinney (Wolverine/X-23) at 0:55 and 35:52
Finally Akihiro/Daken at 14:45 and 36:25

Wanda and Pietro were mutants. When Wanda said those fatefull words "No more mutants", she Not only depowered the majority of mutants. She also retroactively rewrote the history of her brother and herself. They were mutants and they were Magnetos children until the point Wanda made it so it never was that way.
That's my interpretation and I will stick to it!
