Whoever is going to give them the best chance of winning. Not bothered if he's white or black in my opinion. However, there is a chance that a black coach might be able to relate the the players a little more and therefore get better performances... But, who knows.

Is the JFF looking for a modern coach who may be white, or a white coach who is modern? The emphasis to me appears to be modern and not necessarily on white. I agree that we need a modern coach.

We don't have any local coach at this time with the coaching education and the experience fada. Remember these players are high profile players who is exposed to top coaching so we don't want a situation where the students know more than the teacher. When players feel that they know more than the coach they will not buy into your plans and game strategies and they will always feel that they can challenge you. With the white coach now I want to get some clarity on this.

Was I not correct? Colour should not have been a factor but as I got the info that's how I shared it. White non Jamaican and that's what happened.
Whenever foreign manager along with foreign players fail to qualify for World Cup, the JFF call upon the homegrown coaches and players to full the well with all the baskets they've been given.
