    Many thanks to the great Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev for this wonderful music, which he left for future generations of the whole planet.

    Magnificent; just like everything the Bolshoi does. Simply without peer.

      In this case, without peer can never be used as there is always Kirov.

    Смотря на Михаила Лобухина, вспомнился Таранда с его Абдурахманом. По страстности по-моему сопоставимо.
    Удивил, удивил. Браво!

    • @rayboucher3690
      @rayboucher3690 Před 2 lety +1

      Actually, scratch that - the R&J I saw in theaters was the broadcast premiere of Alexei Ratmansky's 2018 version for the Bolshoi Ballet. When I made that initial post I was confused because it's been forever since I first saw Ratmansky's "Romeo and Juliet" so I was a little unsure which version was which. Sorry about the confusion.

    Grande regia ideativa di coordinamento del collettivo danzante con eccellente attenzione alle pose figurali assunte ed ottima fibrillazione dei passi sulle punte in eundo delle ballerine .Tale balletto contempla altresì nel finale quello che con un mio neologismo mi piace chiamare convolo aereo ed elanista della ballerina ottimamente indotto e tenuto dal partner. Ottima l'impressione di facilità esecutiva d'acchito da parte di tutti gli agenti in proscenio.Ottimo il senso del continuum dato alla pièce danzante dai protagonisti.Oltremodo bravi nell'impadronirsi dello spazio proscenico da parte del ballerino a balzi falcati e sforbiciate trasverse velocissime. OLTREMODO BRAVI TUTTI I PROTAGONISTI. BIGHIN GIULIO RENZO

    На костюмах кордебалета сэкономили. А зритель видит все и всех.
    Артисты молодцы и оркестр хороший. Порадовала Джульетта, очень грациозная и хорошо сложенная балерина. И Ромео хорош.

    prefer macmillan version for psychological realism. His choreography touches the soul. But this is very prett and some lovely dancing.

    • @knothead35
      @knothead35 Před rokem +1

      I have to agree. The balcony scene here seems more gymnastics than ballet or some combo of the 2. Her footwork seems a tad sloppy. Maybe just the angle? All versions besides macmillan's seems manic and less romantic. Just my opinion. Still, very talented and the Bolshoi is fantastic. Their version of sleeping beauty is hands down the best

      Red fabric used to be a very expensive thing only afforded by the rich. Denotes Juliette's class versus Romeo's family line.
