I love that the Baz Luhrmann movie is including the fact that Elvis loved Captain Marvel Jr. I really hope they include the fact that Elvis' later caped outfits were directly inspired by Freddy Freeman's outfit in the comics.

Seriously though, I think he might be more intrigued with Romeo + Juliet. That was such an interesting interpretation. But my classic favorite will always be Strictly Ballroom. Highly underrated, so much fun and super ridiculous.
Baz Luhrman is a genre all by himself, and really worth watching just for the stylistic choices! 😁🌈🎉🌟

One morning at a character breakfast at Walt Disney World my sister & I (in our 40s) Chip & Dale was interacting with us. The waiter came with our drinks and said "What are you doing Dale? Going to show them your nuts?" We cracked up but Dale covered his face😂😂
This show helped me get through a lonely time last year when I was living in the Middle East. I would watch The Mandalorian on a Friday morning, then would have to wait a whole day to watch your show and see the reaction. It felt like we were watching it together. I looked forward to that hour or so every week. Thank you and congratulations.
I’ve seen a lot reactions to Elvis on CZcams and pretty much most of them are surprised at his talent, voice and songs he sang like In the Ghetto.

Congrats on the plaque. The Elvis movie looks spectacular. I believe is gonna look through the massive historical events, the civil rights movement, and cultural changes that occurred from the 30s to the 70s and how Elvis was a big part of it all.
Gonna be a massive story of our history, and great music, I heard it cost $200 million to make!!!, that can't be true?

Elvis 2022 Greatest ever trailer I've ever seen. Hands-down end the story. This movie is winning 3+.Oscars --- The choreography out of this world.

Each of the Beasts movies turns on the contributions of a beast, without which, catastrophe would have resulted. 1) The Thunderbird. 2) The Niffler. Betcha 5) is saved by House Elves.
Yeah, take away the beasts and the plot doesn't go forward. Its as simple as that, how can some people not realize that is preoccupying...

I'm an Aussie so I would have referenced Strictly Ballroom. Elvis was a massive Captain Marvel Jnr (Shazam Jnr) fan, you can see it in his half capes in Vegas and there is a special edition on his desk at Graceland.. and forget wahcko Jacko, there is only Elvis and the Beatles

Just so you guys know, the costumes in Baz Luhrman's films are always stellar. His wife, Catherine Martin, is the costume and often production designer in his films.
