Man, let me tell you! My level of dedication to your tutorials is OFF. THE. CHART-lol!!! It took me four nights to get this done. FOUR nights!! Now it was mostly because I had other work to do, but still. This was interesting because although the elements of the design are really simple, it is time-consuming (at least for this newbie). But I love the end result. I made a few changes, which was cool because it lets me know what I've learned and can then execute on my own. Another winner!

Your tutorial is excellent! I'm currently switching from Adobe products (monthly fees were getting to be too much). So it's familiar but still new so little thing throw me off. What version are you using it would be helpful to me if things looked the same as on your screen. For example early on when coloring the outline u clicked a lil swatch and you had color boxes. I don't know how to get those. But something that small threw off my concentration. But I'm excited to keep learning and so far this has been the most creative and educational channel.
