The Delta 29MR display in Kaduna Park Estate, Officer VIC has been built in collaboration with Sustainability Victoria as part of the Victorian Government's Zero Net Carbon Homes program. Cleverly designed for a growing family, the Delta has its bedrooms located along one side of the home, to allow for an open plan layout with living areas on the other. And as we look out onto the landscape, we see a lovely treated pine fence that is positioned 1.5 metres away from the house 😊. No trees, just concrete and weeds. It's fantastic 🤩🤩
