We are very happy to see how detailed the interpellations are in inquiring about the procedures & practice of Philhealth officials in regard to charges, disbursements & for other service fees charged on their remittances for payments of their monthly premiums and the late fee charges & oftentimes reimbursements are either received very late or are not received at all. Please discuss also the scenarios.. if an OFW the has been a member for 23 years and yet has not been use before when he was employed in the Philippines and his wife or husband is currently paying PHIC contribution this must be exempted

Madam Yap, yung nilinaw mong wala munang koleksiyon mula sa mga OFW ay hindi mo dapat gagamiting dahilan para umupo ka na lang na walang ginagawa. Dapat gamitin mo at ang departamento mo ang panahon ngayong mag-isip para mapabuti at maging makabuluhan ang pangungulekta mula sa ating mga OFW para maging maluwag sa kanilang kaluuban ang magbigay ng lanilang kabahagi para sa Philhealth coverage ng kanilang kamag-anak pagkatapos ng pandemia. Masyadong malaki ang 3% monthly, pag sweldo ng OFW mga 80k pesos, 2.4k pesos monthly multiply sa 12 months, 28.8k pesos yearly ,, thats too much premium,,i suggest e fix rate nalang per year..
i dont get any benefits sa philhealht kasi sabi my mom is senior 2nd my contribution is not continues. So nsan ang benefits ko ?? tas for sure if I inquire sasabihin nila wala
For 30 years paano contribution nzmin na hinfi ko nagzmit at hindi rin nagamit ng brneficiary ko
We dont use phil health at all as well as my family paano yung hinulog namin especially retired na ako.can i refund it or czn be used in future

Under existing regulations/laws, 2400 lang ang amx deductible sa taxable income. At the minimum dapat deductible lahat ang PhilHealth contribution... or much better... TAX CREDIT na lang sya. Kasi ang laki talaga ng 3%!!!

Ang company namin may sagod dito kaya di namin nagagamit ang Phil Health.. Di same ang sitwasyon

Pwede po bang idemenda ng mga OFW ang Philhealth, gawa inalisan nila ng Constitutional Rights na dapat hindi nila singilin sa OFW ang Employer contribution.

Madam Yap, pahirapan daw ang reimbursement dahil kailangan pa ang translation ng detalye ng mga medical services, terms, gamot, etc. from Arabic to English o Tagalog para maibigay ang reimbursement. Sino namang OFW ang may oras o may kakayahang gawin yan. Requirement ng Phillhealth, sana Philhealth na ang gumawa niyan para mapabilis ang mandato nilang serbisyuhan ang mga membrong Pilipino. Huwag pinapahirapan ang mga membro. Pangalagaan ang kanilang pera at huwag waldasin sa mga kurap na opisyalis at mga galamay nito. Madam, halatang halata na lumalabag ka sa batas at wala kang paki o simpatiya sa mga land OFW. Ang kailangan po ay pagmamalasakit sa mga OFW at education dissemination para alam nila ang benepisyong ibinibigay ng Philhealth sa kanila at hindi lang ang naririnig nila ay winawaldas ang nakolektang pera nila. Madam Yap, Ikaw at ang iyong departamento ay dapat tumulong din sa pagsugpo ng kurapsiyon sa Philhealth para matugunan ng tama ang pangangailangan ng membro ng Philhealth.
