I think the sad thing about what happened to Julia is that there are people who blame the victim. I don't understand why people feel the need to be mean to people after they've been hurt like that. Thank you for helping and showing us the positive side of the fandom, and the positive side of people in general.
no doubt there's no excuse to blame Julia the only person who deserves the blame is her stalker so I hope Julia gets the justice she deserves
People judge because they can be judgey and anon over the internet with 0 reprecussions. Folks came in questioning how she can afford to cosplay and yet not pay insurance. Not really anyone's business but hers.

-The green plate looks cool in the morpher, though a full-on Master Morpher (in my opinion) includes the red & black trimming around the coin,
instead of the normal 'Power Rangers'-name stickers.
-I think i've seen the 'Coins' fan film not too long after it was released, really enjoyed it. The choreography in it was great! :D
Also LOVE the 'Morpher pins tin', they look so nice and shiny!
-What a crazy story about the car, also quite disturbing it was done by someone in their group, luckily he got arrested.

What a tough time she must be going through, but it's wonderful she's receiving so much support.
As a firefighter I hope he gets charged 1 count per car for arson. Also I think it's wrong that her insurance will not pay. In my opinion arson should be covered under every level unless you burn your own stuff.

I know it'd be bonkers expensive. But I think it'd be cool if they release a set of power coins for the next anniversary season with each coin having a logo of a certain season. Mighty Morphin to Dino Fury. Or if they were doing this for the sentais, it could maybe be Zuranger (I think I spelled that right) to Donbrothers or something. Like I said, I know it'd be pricy but I feel like that'd be a cool collectors item
First of all I think the Master Morpher concept is really cool. :) If Starlight is still selling them I'd love to pick up one of their green lenses for my Power Morpher. I also hope Julia is doing much better now. May the power protect her as it does us all. 😊
Bruno & mia thank you for sharing Julia's story. The rest of us in the ranger group are outraged at this incident. The culprit was arrested thank goodness nobody was hurt.
Oh yeah, it certainly could have ended worse... thankfully it was cars and not people. But, I'm no stranger to living in CA, needing a car, and being broke. After the "thank goodness I wasn't killed" thought, it's, "I need a car and insurance isn't going to replace it." California is not where you want to be w/o a car. :-/

The "glunk" used to be called Fun Tak in the 80s
And 90s! I remember that. Is that totally not a thing now? Every time I buy it it's a different name.
@@MMPRtoys You can still buy it as "Fun Tak" by Loctite! But I guess other companies copied the formula and sell it too. There are still little blue bits of the stuff on the back of the door to my bedroom at my parents' house to this day :D It didn't really come off as easily as they promised.
If your coins don’t fit you can take duct tape, make a few layers, and just stick it on the side of the green lens to add thickness and it will work.
dont worry Bruno the epic morph fails i have seen at many Cons dont come close to Yuuta’s & Austins epic morph fail from PMC years ago also yes ive met Julia over the years at many Cons & she is awesome. it sucks that wat happened to her car & her insurance wont cover the damage & as someone whos been living in Cali since 88’ yes Insurance is expensive. i had a 2001 Firebird Trans Am & 2 years ago someone in my neighborhood set it on fire due to a tough breakup & cuz he was on powerful drugs. Bastard was caught, arrested & sentenced to prison for 10 years. my insurance did cover the damage & wrote me a check for the vehicle but i also sued him & his family for destroying a piece of my collection. yes this sounds farfetched but its true & ive had that car since high school as a graduation gift to me. anyways i will contribute & donate to Julia as a fan & i always help those in need

so something i haven't really paid attention to til now, (90% of the time i'm on youtube i'm just listening while its playing in the corner of my eye while working on something) I see that you make really nice and cool end title cards. my cursor had fallen to the end of the video where I could see a lot, but because of the way youtube does things now with throwing other videos that we may be interested in from the channel the video thumbnails covers up more than half of the end card so we only see the red and yellow coins lighting up, but by hovering over the end of the video i can see that green pink and blue are also on the card and presumably light up.
You and Mia both do really good work, and I just wanted to point out that most of the end card isn't seen in case it's showing up differently when previewing before making the video public, or even showing up different because it's your channel.
Yes, I did make them all light up. Mia called it "magical" and said it was a shame to cover them with the links, but... eh. It's so rare people make it to the end. I'd just rather have something there vs black. I probably could have spent less time on something knowing in advance I was going to cover them up (I manually place those end links there by hand) but, that's Bruno bein' Bruno. I'd done half the work already from the intro, I just took those same glows and flares and moved them around for the outro. Still took time to do it, but not terrible. Mostly just hoping a handful of people will click on another video so our channel can stop being invisible.

Ya know, I didn't realize this was a brand new video when I clicked it and so this was not what I expected when I thought "insane story". It is literally insane but that's not how most people use the word in video titles. Definitely got some whiplash.
I heard about that car incident yesterday but I had no idea it was that cosplayer. I remember watching videos with her and her bf at cons years ago. Thats insane that happened 😟
My Legacy morpher is a bit funny on the coin popping. Like, when I don't have the camera on it, the thing stays in place, but doing the exact same motions on camera(as I've done a bit of recently)makes the thing do a massive yeet. Don't know what's up with that.
Also, wow about that car thing.
So I recently was able to get my hands on a second Tommy Legacy morpher.
My first one the plates has some scratches and fade. Would it be a good idea to remove those plates and spray plate it to a more darker gold? Would the paint stick on die-cast? I could even just put the PR labels on it but no black bolts so it's screen accurate

We are only on the 15th day of 2019 and we have this unfortunate situation. You know Bruno that I wish that all the hatred, meanness, and hurt to seriously stop and accept each other for who we are. I wish her the best and I hope she gets the professional help she needs to get through this difficult time
Well said. From what I heard, this was a guy who wanted to be with a girl who said no, so he set her car on fire (+ six more). That's really messed up. I have to imagine there's really something wrong with him. That's not normal. It's at least nice to see so many people come together and be supportive if there's a positive thing here.
MMPRtoys I think the positive thing here is not the situation but no matter if it is good or bad, then power ranger community will support each other even if we don’t know them.
*Cool Master Morpher stuff. I only have one Legacy Morpher and have wondered about the best way to display it. Making it a Master Morpher might work, since then any coin really fits to be used in it.
*Sad and crazy situation with the cosplayer. Stalkers are indeed mentally unstable and very dangerous. In pointing that out, you aren't justifying their actions as much as rationalizing how someone could possibly do that to another person, trying to apply SOME sense to it.
*Random note, but you're looking pretty fit! Might be as wrong about this as I was your voice a few videos ago, but hey, it's a good camera shot if nothing else.

Unless I'm mistaken I believe the plates are solid chrome gold, and then you apply stickers (which I have coming from BD15). I don't think Starlight has decorated plates...

The master morpher was used in the power rangers super Ninja steel episode of 10 rangers joining the Ninja steel rangers,tommy used that morpher to fight hos robotic clone it was awesome.

It’s funny to look at all the legacy stuff for Power Rangers. When you think about the Power Rangers in universe they are elite teams of fighters that usually have one team per planet think of how many teams have come from earth at the same time. Including one team that was literally bootleg (jungle fury) looking at all of this awesome legacy merchandise makes me want a season of Power Rangers that acknowledges just how good humans are at becoming Rangers. Like imagine a season of Power Rangers that covers different teams all over the world and shows the notoriety of human power rangers spreading across the galaxy. Because there have been a few teams that ventured out into space to chase their villain. So imagine a season where there are multiple planets actively sending emissaries to recruit human Ranger teams to protect their homes

Did you consider you're just watching the video upside down? The coin is right side up when you're upside down. That's how you're supposed to do it. You'll notice other people do it the wrong way, but I insist on everything being correct!

Oh wow, they still have the Zyuranger logo! Why though? It's not as if it was ever seen onscreen. Perhaps it's so that it also can be sold to Japanese Sentai fans as Dino Bucklers? Or did they make the Dino Buckler first, then slapped "Power Rangers" on it?

As much as I love the Zeo coins, I really think that Tommy should be the only one with the Master Morpher.

MMPRtoys Well I do have a good reason why, Tommy has had the most forms out of his old teammates and that he’s special. Jason was the Gold Ranger but only for a limited time, and is the Original Red Ranger. As tempting as Kat having a Master Morpher is, the MMPR pink powers originally belonged to Kimberly. If nearly all of Tommy’s teammates had Master Morphers, then it would kinda kill the speciality of it.

I'm curious will the glunk keep the coin from moving around so easily? I ask because my (new, never had one before) legacy green/white ranger morpher the coin moves a little to easy doesn't pop out though
Using glunk is the same as bonding them to the morpher. It might as well be one solid piece. When you want to remove the coin you'll need to twist it and pull it off. Eventually it'll come off, doing no damage to the coin or the morpher, but until then it's not going anywhere. www.amazon.com/dp/B001F57ZPW?tag=mm04d6b-20

Hey Bruno, what you could do is get Mia to Photoshop a image of the stickers that say power ranger on them to say team Bruno and stuck them, as well as some black decals on the morpher

i've worked in insurance, The Incredibles WAS NOT an exaggeration. The only way to make it to the top is to screw over as many folks as possible, some people used to brag about how they gamed the system to get out of covering their customers. It'd lead to promotions. It's why i left.
The secret they used to keep the coin from flying out was a little bit of velcrow
Don't forget, I worked on the show! 😊 But, use the glunk. Coins weren't metal on TV. They were plastic, or resin.

Insanely awesome mods aside I still don’t get how this morpher is a thing. Like the morphing grid is usually hardly understood even by experts, and Tommy is using essentially dead forms. Green is just straight up gone forever, the said so I’m MMPR, the power coin and therefore the powers were destroyed right before Zeo, and the Dino gem the source of the Black ranger powers was drained during the fight with Mesogog. Not to mention he passed the turbo powers to TJ. He really should only have Zeo left.
