I do both for my lower back and hip from trauma almost 3 years ago. Sciatica and piriformis. Ice helps the most.
I feel like I'm talking to my two favorite uncles. Thank you so much.
Again, love the video, but it’s another one with quite low volume.
I have just started, using an infrared pad, and helps my sore hip.
I watch your channel at night and I had to turn up the volume so much to here the two of you speak that the commercial volume was shocking to those near me. Great information though. I purchased a ‘radiate’ infrared heating pad which got very hot and burned my skin. Then I purchased another infrared heating pad from another company - the second one gets warm but not hot.
Love you both
You didn't mention alternating heat with cold -heat to bring blood in, cold to reduce swelling...care to address?
I have one of the “IceMan” machines for my knee, if you have chronic pain and hate getting bags of ice constantly ready it’s a life saver.
Then for heat I use a full bed heating blanket with a weighted blanket. Had knee issues since I was 17-18 from a sport injury that I lost my state health insurance immediately after. So kinda had to just deal with it for past 10 years
Sciatica flare up - heat or cold?
Yo bob and brad can you make video on foot arc pain pls
I got strain on my lower back during gym
Somebody told me I have weak abs
I put on warm bag and it heals in 1 weeks
I appreciate you Bob & Brad for your awesome content & chill energy🤜🤛 Now I know how to make a flexible ice pack🧊luv it! Thanks again y’all🌟😄
Amazing!! 🎉
Have you guys done a blooper reel yet???
Love this video. The BobBradFan code is for Amazon right? It's not working for me. Is anyone else having problems with it?
Keep up the good work!! 💪
So do I use ice OR heat OR stretching OR strengthening for my lateral hip pain?
I have a burning like pain on outside of my hip - probably micro-tear and inflamed from overuse and it doesn’t seem to heal (3 weeks)
Help would be appreciated 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Ik it's quite late, but i'm a 3rd year student major in PT, and i think you should consult in person with your healthcare provider, can be a doctor or a PT, to investigate your injury. There are a lot of factors can contribute to your journey to a successful rehabilitation, as a result, many things could easily affected one, or many, of those factors and cause your injury not healing properly as it should. A physical examination, as well as imagery examination, can be an xray or an ultrasound, is needed in order to give the correct diagnosis and the correct treatment plan. A simple description of the problem you're facing unfortunately is not enough to prescribe the treatment plan for you, even if we can do that, it'll probably do more harm than good to you, it's unethical for us to do that so we can't do that to you.
I started having a deep buttock pain and pain down my right leg since November. Now my left leg and buttock has started experiencing a similar kind of pain but it’s still mild compared to the other. Can you please advise? I am very anxious.
