I remember when my stepfather told us about his life at the dinner table.When he excaped the chain gang and got a job on a train.Even though i had to grow to love him but im blessed too have remembered all he told me and how to survive in this world.
My grandfather was a Pullman and I conduct presentation on them. I hope they stay true to these great men.
Season finale was last night! Loved the first season and can't wait until next season.

So as I google this series !! It’s not American base! It’s Canadian base! It first appeared on the CBC (Canadian broadcast channel) via Canadian production. Therefore the cast is non-BA besides two people.. that’s why there accents are off! And they got 2 actual notable black Americans in the series’s so that we can watch it. I’m confused to why a Canadian would produce a story this deep about black Americans! When they should be telling stories of afro Canadians (who are primarily immigrants)
You can pay the immigrants cheaper.thst is why they are hear.

@@javionriley8739 This ignorance along with the OP is an example of how we continue to keep ourselves down in this world. Finally a show with a purpose instead of ONLY entertainment and filled with the typical stereotypical drama, but you still find something to criticize. Finally a positive show with a predominantly Black cast w/o the most powerful character being White, yet there's still an issue.
There are plenty of shows that should be criticized for not casting "Black-Americans" that have been around for years so go attack those.
This waz a great show! So dope but bet + didnt want a season two ! Bet don't want good shows showing blacks in positive light , but they will sign off on ghetto ratchet shows and adding a successful gay black character is mandatory agenda!!!
