I love using a salt scrub when I get flare-ups. I use a Scrubby rag with teatree sopa and also finish my shower out with coconut oil and Shae butter when I need an extra protective boost. I like to use the oil on the same Scrubby rag, I feel like it goes further and doesn't leave too much after the shower.
Doing a cold rinse afterwards can help close up pores after getting all cleansed and hydrated, too 😊
I'm sensitive to fragrances and other chemicals, so I use a really simple soap in the washer for my clothes. That made a huge difference.
Taking probiotics helps a lot, too. For me, cutting back on dairy helped.. but that's my constitution.
One more thing! I notice I get acne where there's more stagnation in my body. Like, I'll get it on my shoulders when they're extra tight or on my belly when my digestion is off. Or on my lower back when I need to drink more water and flush my kidneys

Pile 1 & 2 and it's accurate lol. They've asked me what I do in my free time, what i do as a hobby, or who I hang out with. I mean, I never talk about myself unless asked and I mostly keep things professionally, unless it's after work. It's my first time in your channel. I was led to pile 2 and I'm a Sagittarius-Capricorn cusper, Capricorn sun and Sagittarius moon.
