Changing the bedtime to 7:30 was the miracle time for me. They usually wake up by themselves by 6-6:30, which gives me time to get ready before getting them ready. I’ve been doing this since my daughter was a year old and my son followed. Some days I have to coax them to sleep now that they are older but they are ok with it when you have a routine

3 yo preschool teacher here. My little friends love bringing random toys and lipglosses too! I put a collapsible basket in their cubbies so they can bring them. I also do a biweekly Show & Tell. It helps.
