I learned that the hard way! I dressed up like a Shadowhunter at NY comic con and I wore these gorgeous boots, but the heels KILLED my feet!

Just got my New York Comic Con badges for all 4 days. Seeing this has me hyped up even though it's 1 month away. Can't wait to see all the awesome cosplay.
When you have to lower the volume because your dog is asleep
You spend time in long lines to panels you can't hope to get into, your feet end up hurting, you fight with the masses for exclusive toys that you can possibly buy on eBay, you end up sleep deprived, and you'll forego eating to squeeze out every bit you can from this experience. And the sick part is that you'll do it again if you could. P.S., I loved that those girls recognized your cosplay. Looks like you made their day.
That looked like a fun time. I've never been to SDCC, but I love cons in general so I have to make it out there at some point. Didn't realize it was 5 days though! How tiring was that?
