    Thank you for this video. Back when i started working as a software tester I exactly faced what you mentioned here.
    We were a new team in the organization which had recently realized all products should be quality tested. Being a fresh graduate in a new team i felt that Developers were adamant their code is bug free and it was really tough to get through to get code fixed at the same time having dev team to agree that the code can have bugs and testing is done in the interest of the organzation and not against an individual. Thanks for the talk here, Ive learned a great deal for better commnunication at work..
