Costco sells the Arlo Pro 4 XL. The batteries are not interchangeable between the pro 4 and pro 4 xl. Best Buy and Costco sell their Arlo package for the same price.
We ended up exchanging this model for the slimmer version czcams.com/users/postUgkx0jZ_lGlDVJhDnmagEU8gn47cmfPNlLQU because it was too wide for the only door trim area that made sense to mount it on. However, we should have just noted the dimensions prior to purchasing. Otherwise, we love the doorbell. It works perfectly, and the video is very clear, even at night.
Bought two of these camaras. If you can get them on sale then good but do not pay regular price. They fog up and you cannot make anything out. The activity zones are a joke. It records what you do want at a distance then misses what you want at a close distance. I have had Arlo products for years and the convenience of do-it-yourself no wiring is great and how it works with the app is nice but the speed and delay to time is not great. Lastly, the battery does not last as long as you might think. Overall, I would give this a C+.
So this is Wifi. Meaning I can't use it on my 4 acre rural residential property away from the house Wifi. Right? I am looking for property security cameras I can use to monitor the back side of my lot, on the other side of woods and terrain. My wifi does not extend beyond my house more than a few feet. I currently use a cellular trail camera but it has terrible motion sensor trigger distances meaning I have to put the camera close o the property line to catch anyone entering my property. No stand off. Arlo needs to provide a good rural, battery and solar powered camera that will use a cellular sim card or provide a mesh network with it to connect with home wifi.

It's 300 miles away and my manager will be installing. Can I after is set up connect and watch it from my phone as well? Will I have to go to the location to set it up?
Hi, this is what Arlo says about multiple users accessing the same cameras: Arlo allows only one registered administrative user per account. However, you can add friends to your Arlo account. Friends have limited access to some of the settings and features on your Arlo account. Friends can view live streams from your cameras and view or favorite video clips in your Arlo video library.
It's actually a terrible product that offers zero customer support domestically. If you love chatting with foreign language reps and getting nowhere, then this camera is for you. The camera itself is terribly designed. If it gets disconnected to the network, such as when you restart your router/modem, then it cannot automatically reconnect. Instead, you have to physically go to the camera and take it down, take the battery out, and push buttons to get it working again. If that wasn't bad enough, there's no notification when the camera goes offline or randomly disconnects from your wifi. So you can go about your day, week, month, and if you don't periodically check your camera, you will not be protected. Seriously the definition of cheap chinese made products being sold in north america. the Wyze camera lineup is way less expensive and way better.
I agree with this post. Today 12-5-2022 My wife and I tried to setup our arlo pro 4 system. The cameras failed to sync with the hub. We tried to contact customer support. They responded back that without a paid subscription, no support was available and the cameras will not stay online.
Sounds more like a wireless issue on your home network. I would recommend that if you do go fully wireless , you invest in a decent router . I have not had any issues with my Arlo , but at the same time I did invest in a decent router .

Why is my arlo pro 4 doesn’t have anti theft mounts. I bought them in bundle too.
I was kind of confused at first too. On the Arlo app it doesn’t show the anti theft mount for the Arlo 4 pro .

Hi, Arlo states that the battery for this camera lasts between 3 and 6 months depending on motion detection and active use.
The plans are too expensive… I use to just monitor at times to see how shit it’s going at home
