1:57:30 For the slight chance of anyone seeing this and still wondering which reaction video Courtney talked about here, it's the Holy Roller reaction of the channel "The Music Recording Network".

What a wonderfully humble band. Great role models in a time when there are not many. Spiritbox and hypa hypa have been the shining light this year.

Aside of being a great vocalist, Courtney's a very good actress as well! Her performances in Holy Roller, Blessed Be, Constance, etc. were definitely exceptional. Their songwriting, musicianship, and overall talent are a breath of fresh air in heavy music. God, remember when people actually made half-decent music videos??? Been way too long. And they made 'Holy Roller' for $700 & some free flowers😳? Freakin' awesome!!! 🤘🤘🤘

Her answer to the lyrics question was so so so gold! When people say "she's got it!" Well, yes, she does have "it." Beautiful artistic mind and innate talent.

2:02:00/ We want CDs!!! That physical package is part of the whole experience. I go way back to cassette tapes and LPs but, mainly the tape/CD era & that was all part of the experience. Sitting there with friends or alone checking out the cover art, pictures, lyrics, equipment endorsements, thank yous, etc. All digital on your phone, etc is great for the convenience but, at home just chillin' out and listening and enjoying the full experience of a physical album is the best. Again, one of the very rare bands that still makes clever, interesting, artistic videos. This is something else that's been lost in the all-digital age. That they were able to make the video for 'Holy Roller' for $700, some free flowers, & some exceptional acting, directing, etc. is fantastic. They're true artists. 🤘

Super in depth - really enjoyed it.
The realism of a sort of semi-pro life is something I've definately been aware of for a while having known a few locals that went pro for a bit but still living with parents.
Realising the scale you have to get to get to 100% full time and still afford a house put me off it. For so many young musicians starting bands just don't seem that grounded on this side of it. Id me super stoked to get to a semi-pro level at this point tbh.

First thing I'm doing come payday is going and supporting them on Patreon. So glad I was lucky enough to score one of their Halloween shirts.
Edit: Be sure to go check out their Patreon, they really are hands on with the fans. Got some awesome tiers.

wtf is the point of a label if it's not financially supporting the growth of the band?? I thought that was the whole purpose. What am I missing here??? lol

These record labels give bands massive exposure, their first album and singles don't get enough love because they weren't part of a label in that period of time.
