    This brings back fond childhood memories- my mom used to make semolina banku when we lived abroad. And oh, she still uses the same long-handled pot (similar to yours) to make banku. That pot must be about 50 years old and is still doing wonders!

    I live in Belgium and l cant even stir banku .. l first heard about people substituting banku with semolina but l never saw it until today .. l will try this asap

      It is sold in any African or Asian shop. If you can't find it just use a grinder and grind some rice.

    Eii Mama I heard if you eat semolina you can't go back to your country ooo...Hahahaha.Mama pls can I use white vinegar or the malt vinegar would be best?. I have never eating semolina b4 so will definitely give it a try. Thanks Mama. Much love❤❤❤

    Mama plz try this my recipe and see plz soak the semolina for 2 days but change the water morning and evening everyday and after the 2 days you are about to preparing add blended cassava any amount you want make it plz... is like corn flour(morii) and cassava flour banku you will really like it and thank me later😍😍😗
