Cheating completely robs this game of any purpose
Honestly with all the tactical gear they wear it can be near impossible to realize you are hit unless it's on skin or very loose clothing if its not at close range. At around 5:40 even the guy making the video appears to get hit to me and continues to fire till a player drills him.

I’m absolutely appalled at the behavior of the opposing force. The number of them that were hit and refused to acknowledge after even multiple hits is absolutely astounding and disgraceful.

This is an odd situation. It could be a bug or branch sticking you, so I can totally agree with the snipers going for the headshots. Paintballs leave a mark, but there is the honor system. That is why dead men tell no lies. Love seeing your videos. I can enjoy without being there.
Even confirmation bias. "Was I hit? ...Nah, couldn't of been." People have to interpret the world around them and using an honor system like this isn't subject just to honesty, but also situational awareness and cognitive aptitude. Good people can still be wrong and make mistakes. Of course, there are liars and jerks out there too.

Some of the back/pack/kit shots when the target is moving MAY get missed, but that one player who called himself out, then moments later proceeded to continue his advance REALLY earns my anger! Well produced video.

How do I get the perk that lets me take 3 hits before I’m out?
Well you first have to get the "I'm being honest" perk that lets you tell the truth 100% of the time.
The perk is to put on tons of clothes so you cant feel it at first =)

I've only just been getting into your videos. That Ghillie give-away would have been awesome! I really enjoy stealth 'gameplay'. It's a test of not only your concealment skills and patience but also reflects how some people just don't look when they're sneaking through the bush. Great stuff.
It's crazy to understand until it's happened to you, as you may know. I've been two steps away from stepping on someone in a ghillie suit, we both sat there for a solid 10-15 secs before he point blanked me in the foot (boots so it didn't hurt whatsoever). Its insane how you don't see them, and this guys ghillie suit is next level.
I kinda lost track of counting out the cheaters, from amazement from your insane sniping skills. But I believe there were about 17 cheaters???
Idea: Have the refs take occasional shots at people. When the players claim the hit, tell them they’re still in the game. When the players ignore it, ban them
It's a solid idea on smaller locations that can afford to have enough refs to cover it, but on bigger locations, it just wouldn't be possible. Not a bad idea in principle though.
@@theheavenlyfb4071 I’m thinking you would just have one ref who would roam around and cover it. Kind of just auditing people. If he doesn’t get to everyone at a big location, who cares? The very presence of the person somewhere would discourage cheating.
@@turbotj99 Again, on a smaller location that would be ideal but the larger locations just wouldn't be possible for just one loan ref to be roaming around trying to spot cheaters. That means either one ref they already have has to go running around or they have to hire one just for that purpose which some of these places simply don't have the means for it. Not a bad idea, but it would be hard to implement in some places.
The problem here is that not always people are cheating, sometimes they just don't feel the hit, probably because of the heat of the moment or that it hit some thick clothes or other clothing accessories
We do that at ours and it works quite well

Aim for painful spots.. Or have a gun with a limiter switch like me, I can either be nice and use it at legal limit or play with my co2 a bit and hit real hard, either call hits or bleed

@@Mcfc2Rich it is amazing you get honest players only my airsoft course isn't anything close to this big but it has always been fun even though 1 night game i played alot of the other team weren't calling there hit maybe about half of them were i was recording 1 time after my gun stopped working and i investagated 1 were convicted of cheating didn't really alter the game much since there was only a few minutes left but after i investaged i do believe he was one of the cheaters
Looks like some players dont notice the hit, at others you can see the orienting response so clearly noticed.

I started playing during my first marriage which was a great stress reliever, you guys that being there know what in taking about. My second marriage for 25 years tll this day gave birth to my 19yrs. old son. I talk to my son about the sport and the arguments we use to have never

At most fields yes and especially for milsim events. Some fields differentiate between 'wounded' and 'dead' depending where you got hit and are a bit more lenient with 'wounded' players talking.

al these years al these vids , i watched loads of em. kinda cool to see the progress of your ghillie and the different types to see you really sweating for the game. Much love from Holland , ps : i always smoke to your vids always a nice chill vibe to it.
There are times when I got hit and didn't feel anything, or when I was walking through the brush and it wasn't distinguishable from just a branch grazing you.
So, sometimes it's not intentional.
And sadly there are lots of examples in this video telling that it was entirely intentional.. Like the dude getting hit 2 times and you clearly see him reacting to the shots, but only raises his hand the third time
Sometimes it hits a buckle or a reinforced part of gear, and you should be able to feel it but it feels like a buckle snapping or sounds like a twig.
Wearing things like suspenders or holsters can cause that too. Helmets sometimes they plink right off and the sound gets buried.
I'd also contend a lot of hotheads actually white-out a bit. If you tag someone in the face with a large sniper ball, if they have high blood pressure it can cause a quick glycemic event. They felt it, it's obvious, but the fight response kicks in and they can't remember what just happened because it was so shocking. Sometimes you just ring someone's bell and they shut down for 30 seconds.
Also a lot of guys think it's friendly fire and are looking for the guy on their team horsing around - when they don't see anyone they just literally can't believe someone wrecked them that bad. They think it had to be a stray.
Also a lot of people will be looking to see you gloat and when you don't, it can light em up. Make them question what actually happened. They know it was probably a person, but they're hoping to zero by baiting another shot - not to win the game either, but sometimes because they desperately want to know.
Airsoft is a cool sport but it really needs a kick in the pants to be better. The issue is for many of these people they pay to be there so the ref's are incentivized to not kick people out.
Add a membership deposit and allow refs to become players to test, with the offer being free games if they took a test shot and bam. Problems solved. It doesn't have to be a huge cheating deposit either, people will hop.
That and offering respawn perks often helps.
It's a tough game and it really needs to be redefined. A lot of times cheaters just don't want to walk half a mile back. It's a conundrum.

I played airsoft back in HS quite a bit...one of the guys in our group (parents owned the property we played at) was pretty strict when it came to rule-following. Our regular group were pretty honest, but every so often a cousin would show up and not play by the rules...the host played with 30-round mags in his AR-style rifle, but kept a single 100-round hi-cap mag for special occasions. One time a guest decided to shrug off a dozen hits from both me and him, so the host swapped mags and LIT THIS KID UP. It was SO satisfying.
People learned to call "hit" pretty quick after 50+ rounds to the back/gut/chest.

That spider sense is such a powerful thing. I recall a recon course years ago where we had set up an OP. The enemy party was silently sweeping on a patrol. Rolled right over the top of us. I almost stopped breathing trying to be utterly silent.

Not nearly as destructive. A real sniper gives away his relative position when he fires because of the sound of the gun. This dude doesn’t have that risk. Sniping like this with a suit is somewhat unsporting because it’s so risk-free compared to what everybody else is doing.

You can literally see player after player flinch or move when they get hit, but them seem to think, "Nah, I'm way back here. That can't be a real shot...ill just ignore it." I love when you shoot them in the face to say, "There, did you feel that?!"
Yh that's what a mate of mine does does a chest shot if they still don't call it they get one to the head or butt my rule of thumb is call it even if you think it wasnt some people are just so silly and don't realise the tru range of snipers

True, Wearing this much gear in dense woods sometimes a tree will smack your pack and it gets hard to tell between a shot or not, 80% of the time its real but occasionally you come across someone cheating then they deserve the neck or thigh shot

I don't know about you but when wearing 2 layers of cloths some of the guns feel like bugs or sticks hitting. you can can take three or four shots to realize you are hit. just like the guy with the bag. maybe this is why some people prefer paint ball, the paint doesn't lie. maybe they will come out with air-soft on impact markers.

if you want to be sure a person take their hits, shoot the ear, if you are at very close range, the back thigh, tip of the fingers or in the crotch, but the ear is the most painful as its almost nothing but brusk and blood, no fat or thick skin to protect it from the shot meaning, it will be extra painful.
Not gonna lie, I've never once played airsoft but I just can't get enough of your videos. They're so interesting and really make me want to play it lol. It's just cool to see how you're blending in and how easily people just walk past you.

I understand the frustration people have with some of these cheaters. I've done milsim and airsoft sniper role for many years, and the thing that made me quit was not really cheaters. It was the fact that a good portion of the time people just don't feel the hits. What looks like it hit, may have had all its energy taken away my pushing through foliage. Leaving a hit that the player could have thought was a twig falling on them.

really illustrates how good that suit is when you realize you've actually been looking at him from a few feet away and he takes up almost the whole frame, and suddenly he starts moving.
Seeing the amount of cheating involved in almost every match makes me wonder if this is even a hobby worth pursuing...
Videos about Airsoft are more likely to include cheaters as they help bring attention to it and explain why it is bad - it also gets more views, cheating doesn't happen as often in games

This is why I only play airsoft at dedicated locations with teams of people who I can trust. We play rounds of TDM, CTF, and Hostage, and no ones pulls this shit.

try playing attack and defend with around 6 people with 1 person spray and pray like crazy i had it happen once on a small field we didn't even you use half the field that day 2 people defend i was one of them and the host against 4 people we weren't allow more then 5 feet out of the building two windows you couldn't really do much with that guy spray and spray and spray

@@taylorpierce3187 one of the biggest problems is team sizes at some sites isn't almost impossible to take back objectives because the enemy team is able to respawn and dig in faster than the attackers
not gonna lie i ONLY cheat if i get friendly fired, i just play with too many fucking morons. I would spend more time on the spawn if i count every FF hit. I NEVER cheated a shot from enemy team. Even if that was some lucky 100m lost ball that the shooter couldn't see.
What's the rule on people shooting ceilings and doors and the bb's bouncing into you that way? I imagine that happens a fair amount?

One thing is to kill like 4 enemies in a few secs with a pistol... wauw.. but the ability to blend in with the surroundings to such an extend.. what!? I wish I could have experienced it in real life just to get an idea of how hard it is to spot this guy. It almost seems unreal to me. Good job.

When he got hit the second time, one of the "dead" guys shot you. You shot him first and when you turned to shoot the last guy BOOM the cheating dude just shot you. Wow...

Kickingmustang firing not at him, and he look at him and call "Hit", i think this means he is hit by the Bluejeansguy... sooo.... if he hit the 2nd and the rest... and the first (jeans) kills him.... and he dont see this in the Video cutting.... this is a big wooow :(

@@dan7553 look it again and again.... we see a row of 5 Men 1. Bluejeans Guy 2. Camo with Helmet 3. Guy with Headphones... 4. Camo-Guy and 5. Guy far away. But he shot first at Guy 3. 5:40 next 4. and 5. 5:41 and 2. 5:42 and again 5. (5. has allready lower his Gun)....... So he never Fire at 1. in Bluejeans. 2.3.4. and 5. all have lower the Guns and he turns his head to Guy 2. 5:46 in the direction where the shot came from. Bluejeans kill him, and he never shot at he Bluejeans Guy... 5:53 he point at no.5. and "i Hit You 1st Time Dude :(" ...but No5. has lowered his Gun all the time. Forget the Jeans Guy and Blaming the wrong guy for cheating.......and again : he dont see this in the Video cutting.... wooow-woooow ! :(
@@RealBueh you are totally right - #1 was in front and as he shot 4th guy (#2 in the group) you can actually even though barely see #1 on the left - he never aimed at him. just miscalculated. yeah strange he didn't see it when he edited the vid. not a cheat
@@zoodiac57 he shot every single one the first guy he shot at he shot 1 and the second shot was fired directly behind that guy hitting the one that you can barely see than he shot the other 3 right after hitting everyone around him so he did get shot by a cheater and thats not the only time there were 6 times in this video that someone cheated

I went paintballing two days ago. First time ever. I marked at least 40 players who cheated by knowing they got hit by the paintball and would rub it off. The only times I got hit were by the cheaters who I got out and they acted like they were walking out with hands up. Until they walked to a barricade took cover and lit me up. I was like wtf...instead of wasting my paint I walked out after knowing I got 10 players out on a 15 against 15 player game only to find two of the opposing players out only. Smh. They need more refs for the paintball places. One or two isn't enough. They need minimum of 4 refs. It took one guy I kid you not I lit him up like a Christmas tree hitting him over 20 times. All I heard was the ref yelled at him to get out. The guy ended up getting pissed and did a wtf hands type of movement.
@@multiverse439 damn, I had a similar encounter, it was just a quick match for some fun and I was lighting up a group of 3 people from a good range, around 25-30 yards and hit them each at least about 4 times and they didn’t call hit even though it was evident that I did hit them, they were hiding so the refs couldn’t see their vests though so it was bs. There is always gonna be that group of people but you gotta deal with it.

@@multiverse439 Frozen or cold paintballs solve that problem really fast. Also shot for the hand or the neck if they cheat or better yet shot for the groin area then if they try to wipe it off it is pretty obvious... have an extra hopper with neon yellow or green paint balls and shot them in the private... makes them look like they pissed themselves.
