The song "La Medicina" by Regina Rhythm is a wonderful reminder to connect with the spirits of the four elements, whenever we find ourselves in need.
I recorded this meditation in a class I was offering during the summer solstice, when everything is visible and in the light, even the shadows. Especially around this special time - but also whenever we feel we need transformation - tides are shifting and changing, we can invite a fresh start, fresh energy into our life.
