I work as an operator in the F&DE department at Tetra Pak. In video 39:33, he mentioned that the operators didn't operate anything. However, I must clarify that we need at least 2 to 3 operators to run those machines. Although the machines are sensor-operated, any malfunction in the sensors could stop the production immediately. Therefore, we must be extra attentive towards those machines, and any delay in reaction could lead to a halt in production.

Yes ofcourse. It needs proper attention and thorough technical knowledge. I know this since currently I work as a trainee in a dairy company which produces tetra pak milk
