Si le preocupa la fuga de aceite, puede aplicar una capa delgada. No hay problema.
good video and is self-explanatory so language is not a problem, one question I have for you, can you rebuild the top end of this engine while the engine is still in the frame, I want to fit a new barrel and piston and was wondering if it can be done without taking the engine out of the frame, its all down to will the top frame under the petrol tank stopping the head from rising up above the studs so it can be removed, or maybe remove the front engine mount bolts so it can fall forward to give extra clearance,
no , you can't do that way.
Good video man.. i am planning on splitting the case on a xr200r same engine as the one you did.. have to fix the crank barring the race of the barring is spinning inside the case is that a problem
thank you. It would be nice if you could replace the case, but if not there is a way to make and insert a new lace.

Hola amigo excelente video, con el arme mi moto pero cuando puse la moto en tiempo el avanzador quedo a la 1 y cuando la puse en fuego quedaba a las 2 nunca quedó con la la raya pareja de la pulsora por qué sucede esto? Gracias.

I bore the cylinder and used an oversized piston as well as the rings. If the cylinders in your bike's engine are not worn out, you may only need to replace the rings.

El manual dice que use un sellador en la tapa de la culata. no una junta.
no aplique el sellador demasiado cerca del borde de la superficie del cojinete del lado derecho, ya que restringirá el flujo de aceite.

The sound of head its too noisy..why you didint use feeler gauges for adjusting clearance of valve tappet ..noisy like tiktiktiktik
First, increase the tappet clearance a little. After running it for a while, I adjusted it. thank you.

Acabo de cambiar el anillo esta vez. Si el cilindro está dañado, aguántelo y reemplace también el pistón.
