    Cold pluge 2-3min (what ever temp starts to become uncomfortable) before workout to wake the body and increase adrenaline production pre workout. After workout sauna or hot tub for 30min. 185F sauna 104F hottub.

      Maximize the body's response to adaptation. Keeping inflammation post workout is natural. If need to reduce the swelling wait 4-6 hours after workout then cold pluge.

    The past two days I have been working out to the point where I am shaking and I have gone hot tubbing both times after my workout after doing legs day and I keep wondering why the hell am I not store today not work out enough it all makes perfect sense now because I’m like I should be sore but I’m not 😂

    I run 10-15km, 4-5 days a week and it really does help immediately after a run. I would NOT recommend it before running though
