    I went to a new hairdresser Friday and showed her your video. Told her this was the style I wanted. I also told her as long as I was getting a new style I would like to have a face like yours. Before we were done talking about it everyone in the salon agreed. One lady said she would like to have a personality like yours. We all agreed. Needless to say we all left the salon fans of yours. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and your sweet spirit. God Bless you and keep those videos coming. You have a whole new fan club.

    Love your channel, your videos and you. You are so genuine and warm and seeing a new video from you, even if the topic doesn't apply to me, just brings a smile to my face. • @SharaleesBoxOfChocolates
      @SharaleesBoxOfChocolates  Před 5 lety

      What a sweetheart you are! Thank you for your amazing compliments and for bringing a smile to my face today!😍 You don’t have to have as thick of hair as I do to pull off this style. But I have heard from some with very thin, fine hair that it just didn’t work for them. Having said that, you might be able to add some spiky texture to the top/back...I’d see what your stylist thinks. As for your face shape, I have more of a round face myself and feel like the spiky texture and swept bangs help create more angles and give the illusion my face is thinner😘

    • @SharaleesBoxOfChocolates
      @SharaleesBoxOfChocolates  Před 5 lety

      Tanya Barth Yes, it is a super solid wax and can be hard to get out at first. But fear not! There is a solution!😊 Take your blow dryer on med to high heat and hold it a couple inches away from the jar and heat the product for about 30 seconds. This should make the product pliable and allow you to get the product out. Depending on how cold it is where you live, you may have to do this more often.

    • @SharaleesBoxOfChocolates
      @SharaleesBoxOfChocolates  Před 5 lety +1

      Not much at the root unless I need a little extra volume in certain spots and then I almost scrub a little in close to the roots. Have you tried using a blow dryer to warm it up? You may also put the jar into a cup of hot water for a minute or two and that may do the trick as well. Usually once you get into the product and use it a few times it softens easier😊

      The first couple uses of a new jar are the hardest. First, try using your blow dryer on the hot setting and hold about 1-2 inches over the top of the open jar. Then use the top of your fingernail and see if you can scrape some out. If the blow dryer doesn't soften it enough, you can try putting the jar in a cup of hot water for a minute or so. Once you get into the paste and use it a few times, it should get easier. I think I need to do a video on this😊

    I loved your video. I just wish you would have started from the beginning; like with a towel on your head. From the very start.

      Glad you found this helpful!! I will keep your suggestion in mind and maybe do another similar video starting from the beginning. In the mean time I do have several other hair tutorials where I do start with wet hair that you might find helpful😊

    you are beautiful but I would suggest maybe growing the back of the hair out, that's a really outdated style
