Dear sir, I have a doubt please reply and please elaborate more about that, we use gate pulse only to fire thyristor, after that we remove gate signal, than how we change firing angel while circuit is ON.?

thyristor get OFF and ON for every cycle means is input supply frequency is 50 Hz then thyristor will switch ON and OFF 50 times in 1 second.
