TRADING WINDOW RESTRICTION | Do you know when does this restriction begins❓

In this video we have talked about "Trading window restrictions" given under Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations of SEB| along with the justification for the same. As a student we always wonder how companies would be complying with these these provisions. Also why SEBI is restricting Designated persons to trade in the securities of the company when trading window is closed or when in possession of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI).
