Insted of being a survival game like Don't Starve, in Don't Kill Them All, you alternate between a camp phase (base building and orc management) and a raid phase (exploration with tactical combat encounters). I'm sure you'll love it!
I remember playing Ship of Fools and I know you guys know how to make things fun... but for the love of all that is holy make the game longer and a bit more challenging, I finished Ship of Fools in less than two hours.
Have you completed the whole lighthouse in only 2 hour? If that's the case you're quite the speed runner! Although it's not the same genre, Don't kill them all aims to last longer that Ship of Fools in terms of main campaign gameplay! Hope to see you in the horde!

Do you guys plan to have musician orc in the game? Different instruments could give different buffs or debuffs like the drums inttimdate your enemies or a crude acoustic guitar removing fear or sadness.
That's a very good idea! In Don't Kill Them All, Orcs will have a plethora of different passions to discover and music might be one of them! Who knows what it is going to do on the battlefield or in the camp?! Stay tuned or join the horde to learn more about the orcs!

Me: it's true, it's intended and proper use is still for chopping... but not people. Ork: but it chop what then Me: see how every tent is built? Leather, twigs and ropes. *points to tent getting blown away by the breeze revealing the giant muscle ork inside mid bubble bath screaming like a little girl in shock and quickly covering his massive muscular exposed body Ork: yeah but what are you getting at. Me: the axe is a tool like Grotta's pickaxe. to collect a most important material for sturdy buildings and ease of transportation of said material- Ork: JUST TELL ME ALREADY YOU'RE KILLING ME WITH DAT MUCH SUSPENCE Me: wood Ork: wuh???? Me: yes wood. You cut down trees and chop them into manageable sizes for handling. Humans use it to build their infrastructure and to make bigger homes Ork: you mean. Me: correct, no more tent. And with multiple rooms and more space. Ork: *looks at axe in shock'n'awe Me: wanna do a choppa THEN DO IT THE FOREST IS YOUR CANVAS. Ork: *JAW UTTERLY DROPPED AND WITH A HUGE AMOUNT OF SPARKLES IN HIS EYES Me: but remember REPLANT THE TREE SEEDS AFTER CUTTING THEM DOWN. Hahaha, nothing is physically stopping you but you might find that you'll have a harder time bringing resources back to camp if you're always razing the battlefield. Also some of the things that move can be useful!
No need to be taught the skills of battle when you're the best. NOW to fix everything else. I look forward to this silly goofy games. Good for large goofballs like myself!

This reminds me of the 40k orks who get monomaniacal about their passions (for example going fast = speed freak or burning things = burnaboy)
