Mary-Jess and Fabiano performing Killing Me Softly by Fugees / Roberta Flack.
I met the wonderful Fabiano Toste on a ship. He is one of the bravest, most inspiring people I have ever met. He shared his life story and his heart with me, and spoke about how music has got him through the most difficult of times. So we decided to try and find a quiet (or as quiet as we could!) place on the ship to jam along to some of our favourite songs together. We filmed them for memories, but we had so much fun going through the songs we thought we'd share them with you too!
I've already shared with you our run through of I Don't Want to Miss a Thing by Aerosmith, Your Song by Elton John, and now here we have Killing Me Softly! So many great artists have covered this song, and we love it too, so we thought we'd do our own little version!
This was just recorded on a phone, no special tech or anything, but hopefully you can feel like you're right in the room with us as we jam through this amazing song!

A great arrangement of a timeless classic, tbh I think the piano was a little overbearing and took away from your voice,but the expression and feeling you put into it, I feel.the studio and mixing would reinstate your voice as the major attraction
Having said that, the piano arrangement was lovely and put a nice up tempo beat to it
