My amazefit Band 7 isn't recognised but the Zepp life at all. I tried to pair it with an without the QR code, the app can't find it. Very annoying
The app is useless. I love the smart watch but I had to switch to something else because of the crappy app. Too bad you can't use a third party app.

watch will find your watch by bluetooth, then tap on it to send pairing request to phone.

the problem is that my phone dont even see the watch via bluetooth. And watch no longer provides a QR code even after reboot.
Get it checked at your nearest service centre
