- Tommy Emmanuel performed two sold out nights at Jorma's Fur Peace Ranch during the 2012 season! Jorma came out on Saturday to join Tommy! This is one of the few songs they played together!

Jorma is the best thing to ever come out of Meigs County, Ohio. I'm shocked that Pomeroy, Ohio doesn't have a sign up honoring him.

Jorma is an incredible guitar player, and as great as he is, I bet he was a little nervous being on stage with Tommy Emmanuel, but obviously this was not one of those cutting sessions, just two great players having fun with a tremendous tune!!

I got to see Tommy 2 years after this and his performance was just as exciting as any I've ever seen. And what a gentleman he was after the show to sit and visit with folks. A true performer who remembers whence he came. Just like Willy. With whom I visited a bit. He said the fans of the music are the reason he plays and sings as he does.

the best guitar group ever? tommy emmanuel and most anybody.
I'm always amazed at how a simple melody can sound like it was being played by an orchestra. Only real musicians can throw in those tonal riffs and syncopated harmony chops that make a simple blues tune like this come through like it did. Gotta love it.

Jorma is one of my guitar heros. Tommy is incredible but cant listen to him much because like many say he overplays which is not always fun to listen to

think thats what i meant although noticed in some of his jam sessions when he is "in the moment"with frank vignola or chet adkins or sungha jung,,etc etc he has a tendency to launch "into his zone" and forget to defer but charge into the lead.not that that there s anything disagreeable.with it,just his brilliance at his aggressive best...
