I think compared to other union ministers joshi sir is just an average where to his constituency there are only waste projects, In the name of smart city they have spent around 1000 crores to BRTS which is a big flop project and constructing flyover makes the people to struggle in traffic and for har ghar nal only the nal had been installed but no water in them than what is the point to this project, from jan-jun people of hubbli dharwad will struggle for water.
