Aways fascinating to watch! The process reminds me of a Walt Disney cartoon I saw (about 65 years ago!), where Goofy chopped down a tree, and whittled and whittled until all he had left was the toothpick he needed. Thanks for taking the time to share with us.
What is meant by 5 axes, can someone explain and what is the price of the machine, can it be acquired by a medium-sized mechanical workshop, for example, with 100,000 thousand dolas 😊
Só usually a machine will have 3 axis X y z. A 4th axis is when the part can rotate 360 degrees and 5th is rotation on the z axis at 180 degrees. Giving you acess to all sides of the part (aside from the base )
because it's mild steel. it's actual metal that's being cut so it has to take time. otherwise if u increase the speed, it'll damage the spindle and cutting tool.

Coming from way back in CNCs, we used to use punch dot reel to reel tapes. CNCs have advanced to amazing levels.
Same here. That is and amazing programming.
And there was the very very old see and see called the eyeometer .
Aways fascinating to watch!

As someone who actually works in this field, it's fascinating to watch the process!
As someone who actually works in this I don't know why I'm watching this haha.
I used to build 5 axis machines over 30 years ago but never really got to see them working🤷♂️
In case you didn't know, aluminum is a metal
Guess you just run the program and inspect. No proving out as you go along. That is an amazing machine!
theo em tìm hiểu thì hypermill là 1 trong những phần mềm cam 5 trục mạnh nhất hiện nay.
This is what five axis machining is all about! Must not forget the cam program :)
first clip is just trochoidal milling
Not the CAM program but the programmer behind the keyboard
Good job.
it's fascinating to watch the process
Unbelievable machines, great to watch
CNC machines make metal working as easy as eating.
Great stuff
Superb sir thanks for sharing
It's amazing!
ពិតជាល្អណាស់ប្រូ ជួយshare programe ផង
is there any tutorial for this using the hypermill?
Which online course could be good for graphic designing or coding part of constructing parts?
Hanzhen harmonic drive gear , robot arm gear , gear reducer, over 30 years experience
Как привязать шпинделя к столу по осям c и b?
Thumbnail says “Aerospace” yet you have a oil rig drill bit being made on the machine….. drill much in space, do you?
You a joke right ahahahahaha bro it's aerospace grade aluminum ahahahahahahahhahaa
I can't even imagine about doing this
I take maximum 0.2mm depth of cut
I think this video is very good. We have similar machines. If you are interested, we can talk about it together
Need a Powermill simulation machine setup. Would you give me?
You can see link video :czcams.com/video/3w37Gg5MyTU/video.html
Hello sir!
My name is Alexandre, I am 36 years old, I am from Brazil.
I was born in Rio de Janeiro city.
Great😂
No part was shown complete 😐

Bro examples more the 5 or 4 axis Ty!

السلام عليكم مطلوب شريك لعمل ورشه بنفس المعدات
It's mine.
Which software use make this program sir ????
Hi, use HyperMill cam software, Sir.
@@CADCAMSOLUTION thank you sir
@@CADCAMSOLUTION as programmer which software should learn sir???
I'm missing you ( my job).
Which material it is?
Aluminium
which software use for machining
They use dozerplus software

Up,down, forward, side to side, and angle cutting.
how accurate are these machines in 1000's of MM?
Within 0.001 mm
Very accurate. Does require some adjustments on length of tool and tool sharpness.
As accurate as the stone vases from the pyramid as seen on uncharted x CZcams channel? Worth a watch - will blow your mind

white people engineering is amazing
r u black?
😂😂😂😂😂👍
Earning metals destroying environment. 😢
id remove all that material with a bigger cutter you're just wasting time
BRO
bigger cutter just leaves more in the corners youd have to go clean out. why make program with 15 cutters if you can do it with 6?

just be a good dog and do as youre told
not a very good CAM
lol...nonsence
Such a waste of material.. Could have used 3D printing
you do realize the chips are recycled...melted back down and used for things agian
I'm missing you ( my job).
