The kid is speaking at a very natural speed and tone, just like how any other native Turkish speaker kid would do but her grandmother(I think), is speaking a little bit slower and more clear than a normal Turkish person would do so that people watching this video can understand her, which she means for the best but for the purpose of the video I think speaking more natural, like the kid, would've been better.
Still, a pretty good video on how a daily Turkish conversation would go, and I like that there's videos like this that learners of Turkish can utilize. Well done.

Thank you very much for sharing this video!
Can you tell me what's the difference between anlamadim and anlamiyorum and in what context and situation it is used .
    teşekkürler

"anlamadım" means "I didn't understand" ( past tense) anlamıyorum means "I don't understand" (present tense)

Anlamadim is often used where we would say I don't understand (present tense in English). In English we tend to use the present tense, but in Turkish they often use the past tense in situations where we would use the present tense. Similarly, if you are in a shop and you are shown something you don't like you would say "I don't like it" present tense in English. In Turkish you would say sevmedim (I didn't like ..)
      rather than sevmiyorum (present tense)
