    I started eliminating foods from my diet using the blood type diet lists of toxic foods years ago and it was helpful. Now using your No Grain No Pain to go all the way eliminating inflammatory foods using my own ability to choose health. Also trying to plant seeds😉 share your book and information!!     also check for tryptase levels for MCAD. Antronex is a great product because it contains the liver enzyme that degrades histamine.

      Did you figure out why so high? Did you try a parasite cleanse?
