I figured as much, even with an open root, a weld on material that thin wouldn’t sit that flush. They’d have to grind it down a bit, which would take off all that bluing on the metal. It’s one of the reasons MIG is slowly falling out of favor in professional work. Stick and Flux core hold stronger, and TIG looks better. You still see MIG, but they’re slowly being phased out for TIG machines.
Yep.... The Whine of a supercharger is really suited for a V8... But despite that, u can't just slap a supercharger on that engine, and also expect it to fit without cutting out the whole hood... I get why the went with the Twin Turbo setup... Its still a beast of a sound, especially those sound bounces when RPM drops... Just music...
