One of the best looking homes I've seen featured on CZcams as far as Maui homes go. Well thought out interior layout. Rarely seen in Hawaiian homes period. A larger than normal kitchen...something mainlanders would want. The front entrance is not part of one great room. Just didn't see a custom home theatre room or home gym. :) A virtual "bargain" at 8.8M. :) Which it sort of is since this is a 7000+ sqft home with interior and exterior design that rivals homes costing 10M+...or even the odd 22M home listed on Christie's or Sotherby's.
