Ayala Malls Manila Bay to me is way more better than in MOA. There are such areas which are full of filth even in areas close to MOA where there are bunch of garbages and i saw a homeless boy sleeping at MOA Transport Terminal. Idagdag mo pa yung mga badjao na namumulubi sa bandang Macapagal Boulevard bago at paalis ng MOA. Just waiting for the opening of Landmark Manila Bay this year. Nasa 70-80% na ang construction progress ng naturang istraktura. Love this modern mall structure of Parqal and their building names are unique and it is based on Filipino Raw Materials or Handicrafts like Banig, Abaca, Rattan, Cogon, Sawali etc.

Went to this mall but there was nothing much to see, eat, or go shopping for, and most shops were uninteresting amid the uncomfortable heat. Either the rent is too high, or they really have bad logistics.
That's probably because it's new tho, I've been there..
@@elisewenceslao5372 it's nearly a year. much larger gateway opened at the same time and it's almost filled up. strangely, parqal has a sad vibe.
It's a new mall of course and there are still more upcoming developments in the area. While the only the difference with other CBDs or high end cities is the Entertainment City area where the luxurious hotels and casinos are there. They can go to Ayala Malls Manila Bay where it is the closest mall from Parqal if they want a bigger space and more shopping and dining options.
