Instead of a window breaker, the head rests can be removed & their metal pins be used as a glass breaker.

I would add a foot operated air pump, situation will not always be supportive to swap spare wheel, but air pump would be useful to pump enough pressure to drive to nearest station or safe zone to swap.

Bro you should change the location of that window breaker. I know it looks cool and neatly fixed there but in case of an accident you never know it can detach and hit on your head or someone. I have the same window breaker and I know how heavy and sharp its metal part is and how fragile its plastic holder is.
Also I would like to add few points:
1. Keep a magnesium rod based fire starter also with you (along with an electric one) for backup.
2. Instead of any third party gps apps, use Google maps inbuilt live location sharing features (you can set it for n number of hours or always).
3. Keep a small powder based fire extinguisher also for backup. There aren't many options in the market and it's very costly but worth it.
4. Get an electric jack if you can afford or atleast get a hydraulic jack, makes life a lot easier (make sure you buy the right one based on your car's specs like ground clearance and weight, often I have seen people buy wrong one and then they complain about it being useless which is stupid)

During hot sunny days , interiors of the car get to hot , so will that heat effect the medicines in the medical kit?? 🤷‍♀️

Yes it will. That's why either you have to change the medicine regularly or keep medical box at home when not driving..
