    Once assigning a custom window in the model, can we change the structure of the same?
    Can you please elaborate how.

    Great tutorial! Is there a way to model parts that can open in a custom window?

    Hi,
    I use Archicad 19, and when I offset a line, the original line disappears, is there a way to keep the original? Also I can't offset lines drawn with the line tool or arc/circle tool, only lines drawn with the polyline tool can be offset. I made a circular slab but when I click on the line around it the only options are move node, drag, mirror, rotate and multiply. Circles will not offset no matter what tool I made it with. How do I offset the circle?

    • @four5six
      @four5six  Před 8 lety

      +Stepgw09 Hi!
      No, you cannot keep the original line when you offset it. In a case like this, i copy and paste the line that i want to offset, that way, one remains in place, and the other one is moved. You can offset lines drawn with the line tool, just make sure that the GROUPS ARE SUSPENDED, and that the lines are intersected correctly.
      I use ArchiCAD 18, and i have no problem offseting the circles, i don't know if the options in the dialog box are different in ArchiCAD 19.

    hi, i'm trying to offset the lines but the icon is not showing. I see in the top a few things I don't know how to let them show up!
    :-((

    • @four5six
      @four5six  Před 8 lety

      +Jantoon Roos Make sure that the groups are suspended. Go to Edit->Grouping->Suspend groups. If you do this, the offset icon should show up.
