I have an idea for a whole brand new land before time series but with a twist the entire land before time characters are back and they are now all living in the twenty first century along with human's and little foot and his friends are going to school the adults have jobs sara's dad is chief of police little foot's dad is a contractor ducky and spike's mom is surgeon petrie's mom is a judge his uncle own's a car dealership ruby's parents run a electronics store chomper's parents run a diner doc is a detective the egg stealers from the second film are common burglars red claw and his brother red eye come back as criminals scratch and screech are the thugs footer is the school janitor Mr clubtail is the mayor Mr thick nose is the school principal the rainbow beacks from stone of cold fire are scientist guedo from day of the flyers runs a pawn and antique shop but this time little foot's mother doesn't die nope she only gets hospitalised from a stray shot from red claw's gun and lives treya the female triceratops sara's stepmother runs a flower shop little foot's grandmother is a interrior decorator his grandfather fire comishonor ducky and spike's father a cartoonist and petrie's father make appearance as a newsreporter little foot's mother has job as a realistate agent we see shorty little foot's brother pip and his friends are no longer bullies we see all the characters from all the movies and the old t.v. series in this all brand new adventure the land before time great city adventures the ratings will go through the roof

Well, from my perspective, I once had an idea for a possible crossover of Land Before Time with Jurassic Park, I know these two franchises are very different from each other but similar at the same time. And for being honnest, I actually would love this idea a lot more than the latest LBT and JP movies, even if the crossover wasn't canon.

I grew up watching these movies and I grew up on Disney movies. I had 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 all on VHS. Then I found a way to watch them again I love this series. My sister criticize me for watching these kind of movies when I was a teenager. I always know your never to old for cartoons I love them all.
I still have the first 8 on VHS and I'm 25 and I still love them. They were the best of them all. I'm not so keen on 9 on.

I have the whole collection on DVD box set they are just numbered in Roman numerals wich is why you got almost all of them numbered wrong besides that's the order they came in so don't just rank them from worst to best rank them in number order as well you might get better comments :-)

Most of the sequels are good. The wisdom of friends in this case though, it’s not one of the stronger sequels, but I’d watch that over any bad episode of the loud house any weekday.
😲 when I started watching these movies I was 9 years old in 1994 and when they stopped making them I'm now adult one thing hasn't changed I still like the land before Time movies😊

Cera‘s dad as well for all the movies Except for the first one which was part Hingle a.k.a. router, and number six which was little foot’s grandpa open till he died after number 13 in which case the narrator was replaced by Tony Amondela

Out of all these species, one of the fish would grow a pair of legs and eventually a pair of arms up front. Until miraculously, this mysterious creature would emerge from out of the water and see land for the first time. This particular creature would be one of the World's first amphibians.
Narrator: Some were omnivores; creatures that could eat both plants and meat. And even insectivores; creatures who ate insects and other buglife.
A Corythosaurus herd is shown migrating through the dusty path, a cloud storm blowing through them as they move through their journey.
Narrator: Like the animals of today, the dinosaurs were of many kinds. Some were herbivores; creatures with flat teeth, eating the leaves from trees and shrubs.
A Tyrannosaurus Rex is shown prowling along an uninhabitable portion of the planet. It roars fiercely, revealing it's massive intimidating fangs and appears to look in the audience with a look of hunger in its eyes.

The sequels are pretty good (ok from 2 to 10) but they were announced with a big noisy voice that is bigger than the movies alone.
The movie are good, but aren't so great like the announcement said.
I think they can save some of the franchise love making something lovable again, like the first movie. Maybe a spin off with a new character's story will be good, after all, the gang of now 7 aren't the only dinosaur children in the land, maybe that's what people would like a new, original and lovable story that happens on the same universe. For now, the franchise is agonizing. Please for one time in a while make something people will love you can do something really Great.

The only real good movie was the first movie, the series became bad when they started to make songs in the second movie. I mean don’t get me wrong, The first 6 movies were pretty good, but after that it just went downhill.

Only the first one was good... it was real and heart wrenching...and brilliant... the rest tuned into a corny barny and friends cringe fest.
Narrator: Some were carnivores; creatures with sharp teeth, preying upon their fellow dinosaurs and eating meat.
Some Oviraptors and Microraptors are shown; some of the Oviraptors are seen feeding on plant life, others on small lizards that they could catch in their beaks. All while the Microraptors were seen up in the trees, feeding on insects and grubs.

How did they make 14 movies!? I remember up to about # 6 in my Childhood but just recently re-watched the original Land Before Time for Nostalgia. I seriously can’t understand how there was even a sequel (Let alone 6 in my childhood) to be made after it. It was Actually kind of a Bland.

Why weren’t the land before time film series and most of the Balto trilogy cared for enough to have quality DVD games like an amount of the ones from Disney (grab-a-grub from the lion king and Aladar’s adventure from Dinosaur for example, but I didn’t play a lot of Disney DVD games in the 100’s range in particular), that secret game from Madagascar where you help the penguins navigate through the ship, and Master Shifu’s Dragon Warrior Training Academy from Kung Fu Panda for example? Although I only played games from the land before time 1, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13.

All of the movies are actually not half bad. The first one being the best and the third one being my second favorite. :)

ah yes I loved this series think I only ever got as far as the Great Freeze though and then later saw the...cartoon series.
If they ever do a 15th Movie I hope it has a compeling story, a little bit of dark elements lime some of my favorite ones. great songs naturaly and a Great Villian or Antagonist like no other!
In the past when it's not your usual Raur monster preditors it's talking villians. Dil and Itchy were one of the few talking Carnivors we got, along with Strut and Ozzie the Egg Snatchers.
I want a new villian with an incredible Villian Song that doesn't pull any punches!
